Shipping Policy

At Chef James, we are committed to delivering your favorite kitchen tools and specialty foods with care, speed, and transparency. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, times, and conditions.


📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Puerto Rico and U.S. territories

  • Over 25 international countries (shipping rates and delivery times may vary by destination)


🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, special promotions), processing times may take longer.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: 4–10 business days

  • Pre-order or Pre-sale Items: 21–45 business days (details will be specified on the product page)

  • International Orders: Delivery time depends on destination and local customs. Please allow additional time.

Note: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.


📦 Shipping Methods

We use trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your package appears delayed or hasn’t moved in transit, contact us at shop@chefjames.com.


🛡 Onward Shipping Protection

We strongly recommend adding Onward Shipping Protection at checkout. This covers:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Instant replacements with no hassle

If you do not add Onward, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of purchase, email us at shop@chefjames.com.


🚫 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Chef James LLC is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has shipped, we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier, but cannot guarantee redirection.


📦 Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

We may offer free shipping promotions during specific campaigns or on orders above a certain threshold (U.S. only).


❗ Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages without Onward protection

  • Unforeseen disruptions beyond our control
