Returning an item

Please pack the item back in the package, making sure it’s secured and introduce or label the package with your order #. Please write us a note explaining the cause of the refund and contact our Customer Service to let us know if you want to exchange or refund the product. Remember to keep the tracking number for your return order to get sure our team gets the product. Notice that the refund will be made STRICTLY to the card used for the original purchase. Some conditions may apply.


All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

REFUND:


WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS &/OR UNDELIVERABLE:


Notice that, if for some reason there’s an issue with the shipping address on the package, both in the sending or returning, and the package is not delivered for any reason (caused by the customer), please contact our Customer Service team immediately and wait for the product to return to our warehouses to proceed with any refund or further actions. Any of our team agents will guide you.  


IF ORDERS HAVE FREE SHIPPING:


           DOMESTIC ORDERS: They will be reimbursed minus a 15% for handle & restock fees plus taxes if they were paid


PAID SHIPPING ORDERS:


           DOMESTIC ORDERS: They will be reimbursed WITHOUT SHIPPING minus 5% for handle & restock fees plus taxes if they were paid


           INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: They will be reimbursed WITHOUT SHIPPING minus 10% for handle & restock fees. 


IN CASE WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM THE ORDER:


If for any reason, our system determines that there are mistakes on the order placement, such as shipping issues or fraudulent behaviour, we will contact you right away by one of our Customer Service agents. It’s important that we get in touch with you as soon as possible for customer and company protection. We will verify some information with you directly. If there’s no response in the consecutive 5 days, we will cancel the order. Some conditions may apply for refunds. 


REFUND TIME


Our Refund time is expected to be within four weeks from the placement of your refund order, until the package is return to the shipper. However, most cases are solved before this period, and you may get your refund or exchange order more quickly. The stimated times are: transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), r return process once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


CLAIM STATUS


If for any reason, the tracking services indicates the package was delivered, and you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and explain the situation with your order #. We will initiate a claim process with the delivery company handling your package following their guidelines. These are:


USPS – Claim must be filed after 15 days and before 60 days of mailing date.


UPS – Claim must be filed Immediately to initiate investigation process.


FEDEX – Claim must be filed Immediately to initiate investigation process


Please notice that claim investigations may take from 30 to 40 days to obtain a resolution, depending on the company and the case..


We will obtain a claim status from delivery company in which will be the final answer to follow up with a refund, replacement or deny a claim. You can keep in touch with our Customer Service agents.

Since February 2022, some States, in United States, regulated the "Sales Taxes" tax as a mandatory item in each electronic purchase made. For legal and mandatory reasons, following the government instructions of the country, this tax is also collected by us, complying with american law. This money does not belong to us and we do not take profit from it, it is a tax that we collect and give to the government, just as customers pay it.
