Sautéed Cauliflower

Sautéed Cauliflower is an excellent option to add more vegetables to your diet in a tasty and comforting way. In this recipe, we'll combine the versatility of cauliflower with the unique flavor of Honest Farm spices, cooked to perfection in our Chef James 2.0 Pans. Get ready to discover a new way to enjoy this nutritious vegetable!


  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbps of olive oil
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 tps of Honest Farm Sazón Completa
  • Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the red onion and minced garlic, and cook until golden brown and fragrant.
Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to lightly brown.
Add the red and yellow bell peppers, and the carrot to the skillet. Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
Sprinkle the Honest Farm Complete Seasoning Spices over the vegetables and mix well to distribute evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
Cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the vegetables are well cooked but still retain their texture.
Remove from heat and serve the sautéed cauliflower hot, sprinkled with fresh chopped cilantro if desired.
