    This organic EVOO is crafted from traditionally dry-farmed olives, hand-harvested and cold-extracted on the first press to preserve all of its natural properties. Its profile is bold and vibrant, with fresh notes of green olive, olive leaf, and bitter almond, balanced by a signature bitterness and peppery finish.
